Omnes Capital , formerly Credit Agricole Private Equity was a subsidiary of Credit Agricole until March 2012 when the company became independent through a spin out transaction backed by Coller Capital. Coller has become a significant investor in the Buyout and Growth, Venture Capital, Mezzanine and Co-Investment Funds managed by Omnes, alongside a number of other key investors including the French Regional Banks Predica and LCL.
